Model Railway Exhibition

Saturday 21st April 2018

The Spring Model Railway Show will be held in the College on April 21st and 22nd (2018). Saturday 10.00am – 5.00pmSunday 10.00am – 4.00pm Admission: Adult - £5.00; Child u-16 - £3.00; Family (2+2) - £10.00; There will be around 15 working layouts and trade support including the Kernow Model Rail Centre & Aspire Gifts and Models. Kids Club Theatre

Monday 16th April 2018

The popular Kids Club Theatre starts again on Thursday. This club is run by Mrs Richardson. We will be working towards our summer show which is a review and new students are most welcome! There will be two classes: A new one from 5 pm to 6 pm for 6 to 10 year olds (£3 a session paid termly). The senior class will run from 6 pm until 7.30pm for ages 11+ (£4 per session paid termly). Both classes are based in the A29 upstairs drama studio. We look forward to seeing you there!...

Another successful INTERACT beach clean

Tuesday 27th March 2018

On Tuesday 27th March, 15 INTERACT members took part in another successful beach clean. This time the students went to Gunwalloe Church Cove and met members of Helston Rotary Club, our local National Trust Ranger and David Roberts from Kennack Diving who is also a keen marine biologist and environmentalist. We were pleased to find the beach was clear of large items, so we could only pick up hundreds of small pieces of plastic - (mostly fishing line). Temporary Bus Passes

Students are currently able to obtain a temporary bus pass from the bus park at 3.15pm, but from Monday 16th April, this will no longer be possible. If a student requires a temporary bus pass, then they will need to collect one from either North Site or South Site reception during morning break or lunchtime. The temporary pass will only be valid for the day of issue, and it will be the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure their child has the official bus pass the following day. Sport Relief - non-uniform day

Friday 23rd March 2018

Friday 23rd will be a non-school uniform day. We would like to encourage a sporting theme and suggest a recommended donation of £1 to be collected during tutor time. Throughout the day, the College will also be running other sporting activities, fundraisers and cake sales to help raise money for Sport Relief and other good causes. We would appreciate everyone's co-operation and participation on this special day to support the College in raising money and awareness to help make a difference....
