Thursday 12th February 2015

A huge well done to all who participated in this year's Rotary Youth Speaks Competition. The judges were, as always, very impressed with all the students who took part and a special mention was given to Year 7 student Barney Martin, who they thought was the most natural speaker. After giving feedback to all teams, the winning teams were announced.  The winners of the Intermediate section were Milly Dunn, Phoebe Savage and Lily Parsons who spoke on "Women's Sport", and  the Senior team winners were Milly Hayton, Rosa Higgs and Holly Bardell, who spoke on the subject " Are...

New build success

Monday 9th February 2015

We are absolutely delighted with the announcement that Helston Community College has been included in this round of the Priority Schools Building Programme.
