Year 11 & Post 16 Prom

20th July 2021

Yr11 Prom  Tregenna Castle, St Ives – Monday 19th July

We are looking forwards to seeing you again on Monday. Here is a reminder of the key times and information.

  •          18:30 Arrival
  •          19:15 Dinner is served
  •          22:30 Start of pick up.

Tickets will be digital and will be sent out really shortly to either parent’s email or parent’s mobile phones. The tickets are not necessary for entry into the venue, as there is a list of names at the event.

For photos, parents can drop off before 18:30 but will need to park around the back of the hotel and come back to take the photos.

It is going to be a lovely evening and we are all very excited to be able to share this special day.

For any queries contact Mrs Barnes on sbarnes@helston.cornwall.sch.uk. Covid Lateral Flow Tests should be taken 24 hours before the prom and positive results should be communicated via email to Mrs Barnes no later than 9am on the 19th of July.

Please be aware that due to the presence of other hotel guests using some communal areas, our risk assessment for the event requires that staff and students only wear a face covering when they are in these areas used by the other hotel guests. Students do not need to wear a face covering in the room where the food is served or outside.

  •          6pm arrival for a 7pm meal.
  •          11pm evening ends.

The tickets are not necessary for entry into the venue, as there is a list of names at the event.
